A deleted scene from the RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars 3 finale reveals that the two finalists weren’t chosen by a simple vote by the eliminated queens. Instead, they received points, and the final totals are surprising.
Each of the eliminated six drag queens selected two of the four finalists: the first person they chose received two points, and the second person they chose received one point.
So not only did the show throw in a twist ending, but it also didn’t explain how the jury chose the two finalists—at least not on TV.
Did the finalists know how they were being scored? And why wasn’t this one minute and 42 second scene included in the actual finale? I mean, besides to drive traffic to VH1.com?
