Big Brother Canada 6 returns in March

Big Brother Canada 6 returns in March

Nine moths and two days after being effectively cancelled, Big Brother Canada will return for its sixth season on Global.

In early June, Global said the show was on an indefinite hiatus, but then reversed its decision in late July.

Starting March 7, BBCAN will air Wednesdays at 7, Thursdays at 8, and Mondays at 9. That’s 10 days after the conclusion of CBS’ Celebrity Big Brother, which Global is currently airing.

Host Arisa Cox is returning. There are no details about twists or themes yet, though in a press release, executive producer Erin Brock called it a “big season,” with “big” in italics. She also said, “We’re preparing another wild season of Big Brother Canada for the most passionate fans in the world.”

Those fans were also thanked by an executive for production company Corus, Maria Hale, who said, “We have our fabulous fans to thank for their resounding efforts in championing another season of Big Brother Canada.”
