Our weekly look at what’s ahead in reality TV has a lot of new and returning series—reality TV isn’t slowing down even though it’s December.

The reality/game show in a taxi, Cash Cab, is back with Ben Bailey as host (Discovery, Mondays at 10).

Also back: two holiday competition series, The Great Christmas Light Fight (ABC, Mondays at 8) and The Great American Baking Show (ABC, Thursdays at 9), though it has a new judge and hosts.

Also returning this week: Top Chef  (Bravo, Dec. 7, Thursdays at 10), Vanderpump Rules (Bravo, Dec. 4, Mondays at 9), The Grand Tour (Dec. 8, Amazon), Black Ink Crew (VH1, Dec. 6 at 10, then Wednesdays at 9), and Revenge Body with Khloé Kardashian (E!, Dec. 10, Sundays at 10).

There are a few new series, too, including a spin-off for Southern Charm‘s Shep Rose, on which he searches for love. It’s called RelationShep (Bravo, Mondays at 10).

Bravo also debuts Stripped (Bravo, Tuesdays at 10), which takes all possessions from its participants for three weeks, and FYI debuts Find My First Love (FYI, Tuesdays at 9), on which a participant tries to rekindle romance with the first person they fell in love with.

For descriptions of those shows—and other shows coming up later this month, and well into 2018—check out the latest quarterly reality TV debut schedule, which I published Friday.

The reality behind Gorillas in the Mist

Dian Fossey’s life—and murder—are the subject of a new three-part documentary series, Dian Fossey: Secrets in the Mist (National Geographic, Wednesdays at 9).

It explores her relationships with gorillas and people, and also the guilt (or innocence) of the man convicted of killing her with a machete.

Executive producer James Marsh uses archival footage of Dian, plus “thousands of still photos and hundreds of Fossey’s letters and personal correspondence”—which is narrated by Sigourney Weaver, who played Fossey in the 1988 film Gorillas in the Mist.
