Drag Race has a debut date and new judges
The new RuPaul's Drag Race judging panel: Ross Matthews, Michelle Visage, RuPaul, and Carson Kressley.

RuPaul’s Drag Race season 7 finally has a debut date, March 2, and also has new permanent judges, Carson Kressley and Ross Mathews, who join RuPaul and Michelle Visage and replace Santino Rice.

Santino isn’t out entirely; he’s listed among those who will appear as guest judges. Other guest judges include Ariana Grande, Olivia Newton-John, Jessica Alba, Demi Lovato, John Waters, Jordin Sparks, Mel B, Rebecca Romijn, and Isaac Mizrahi.

In the press release, RuPaul says, “I asked for a new, wickedly funny, smart and experienced judge … and I got two! Ross and Carson are the perfect addition to the RuPaul’s Drag Race family because they’re not just show biz experts, they’re superfans and longtime lovers of the art of drag.”

The debut date for the Logo reality competition keeps getting pushed back; last year it returned a week earlier, and in 2013, it debuted in January.
