Top Chef Texas adds two new judges

Bravo officially announced Top Chef Texas today, and for the show’s ninth season, it is adding two new judges in addition to Tom Colicchio and Gail Simmons: Emeril Lagasse and Hugh Acheson, who was on the most-recent season of Top Chef Masters.

Bravo notes that the season will move between Austin, Dallas, and San Antonio. Word that the show is filming in Texas already leaked, thanks to a confrontation between the judges and a tweeter.
