Carrie Underwood wins CMA’s female vocalist of the year award again

American Idol 4 winner Carrie Underwood has won the Country Music Association’s female vocalist of the year award for the second year in a row.

She also won her first single of the year award for “Before He Cheats,” although that single lost in the song and video of the year categories. Carrie also presented an award in which a fellow Idol finalist was nominated. However, Kellie Pickler lost the Horizon Award to Taylor Swift.

Her win last year resulted in Faith Hill’s fake freak-out reaction, but Faith Hill wasn’t nominated this year, and none of the losers put on a similar show.
