The Simple Life 4 debuts Sunday on E!

On Sunday at 10 p.m. ET, E! airs The Simple Life 4, which is subtitled “‘Til Death Do Us Part.” The format directly rips off Wife Swap, as Paris and Nicole will enter people’s houses to act as the wife/mother for a day as they navigate a bunch of staged, set-up situations that are supposed to make us laugh.

This is the season that FOX dropped, and if a reality show is not good enough for the network that gave us Who’s Your Daddy, it doesn’t seem to have a lot of potential.

Also good news: The first episode wasn’t available to be reviewed by some critics, which must mean that it’s so exciting that just no one can see the top-secret footage before Sunday. I’m counting the days–until E! cancels it.
