Big Brother renewed through 2006; third season will be released on DVD.
Big Brother 4‘s ratings–it “consistently wins its time slots in the advertiser-friendly 18-49 demographic”–have led CBS to renew the show for three more years, through 2006, Entertainment Weekly reports in its Sept. 5 issue. CBS chief Les Moonves tells EW, “[i]t’s amazing how people get so involved.” Additionally, the network will release Big Brother 3 on DVD November 4.
