Nicky Hilton said no to The Simple Life, which will now air in Oct.
Because of “the show’s great buzz,” FOX’s The Simple Life will now air in October, rather than August, TV Guide reports. The show stars Paris Hilton and friend Nicole Richie as they live in Arkansas on a farm with a family. Initially, producers wanted Paris’ sister, Nicky, to co-star, but she said no. Paris says, “She had a boyfriend at the time, and didn’t want to leave. She’s from New York. She was not, like, into moving to a small town, so I picked [Nicole], my best friend since I was two years old.”
