Tough Enough 3

Kelsey Grammer causes Tough Enough 3 to stop production.

Kelsey Grammer causes Tough Enough 3 to stop production.
MTV’s Tough Enough 3 is currently filming in Malibu, but production was stopped–because of Frasier. The actor who plays Frasier, Kelsey Grammer and his Malibu neighbors objected to having the show filmed in a house near their homes, and went to the city council, which voted to uphold the “municipal code [which] restricts filming to 14 days.” Grammer said he and others received “very unconvincing assurances that our privacy would be respected,” he told Variety. The production, which has already cost “in the low six figures,” will likely be delayed as producers look for a new location for the house.
