Before there was fame for Pete Jones and “Stolen Summer,” there were hundreds of scriptwriters submitting scripts in the first round of the Project Greenlight selection process. Judges were other contestants, who provided feedback on the other contestants’ scripts. Anthony Zoubek of The Daily Vidette at Illinois State University details the process and talks to some of the contest’s losers.
