Fame Academy coming to the UK.
Combing elements from Pop Idol and Big Brother, the BBC and Endemol are bringing Fame Academy to the UK. Previously produced by Endemol in other countries, the show will follow 12 performers living together as they train and work with a “stylist, media trainer, financial adviser, biographer, sports instructor, doctor, psychologist and a chef,” The Independent reports. They’ll be voted out by viewers until one person remains. The BBC is currently taking applications from people 18 to 35 for the show.
