third UK Popstars may look for a male/female duo instead of a group.
The UK’s ITV is bringing back Popstars for a third season, although it may not follow the format of the first two seasons. “One of the formats being considered is a search for a boy-girl duo, instead of the usual five-piece group,” BBC News reports. All three groups formed on the two earlier seasons have disbanded, as have both the US Popstars groups.
