The tabloid newspaper The Sun is offering £50,000 to the first couple to have sex on the UK’s new Big Brother. The offer doesn’t apply to a gay couple, however, and whether or not sex actually occurred will be decided by a reader phone poll. According to The Guardian, the Australian, Belgian, Dutch, French, Italian, Norwegian, and Swedish versions of the series all featured sex, but the UK (and US) versions remain chaste. The fourth season of the show debuts Friday on Channel 4.
