ArchivesTrading Spaces heads to Salt Lake City to tape episode with Olympic athletes.
During its first visit to Salt Lake City, Trading Spaces will tape a show where two as-yet-unchosen Olympians switch houses and redecorate each others’ rooms. Two other episodes will also be taped in early April; producers are actively recruiting non-Olympians from the area to participate. The show’s researcher Janel Mootrey says “the network really wants us to find people who are particular to the area, people whose homes really reflect Salt Lake City,” according to Salt Lake Tribune columnist Vince Horiuchi, who reproduces her e.mail address (jmootrey@banyanprod.com) for those interested in applying.
