Trading Spaces

Nashville locations are closed sets.

Nashville locations are closed sets.
Trading Spaces is taping three episodes in and around Nashville, but the sets are closed and a reporter for The Tennessean writes, “we weren’t allowed to see the rooms being filmed, we weren’t allowed to use last names, and we weren’t allowed to see the design plans.” And while the locations of the first two episodes are known (Brentwood and Bellevue), the third is undisclosed. A sign in the yard in front of one house reads, “Closed Set/No Visitors/Thank You/Banyan Productions.” Why the secrecy? Is these stunt episodes such as the $100K ep? Or is this just new Banyan policy? They were certainly open and welcoming last year.
