$100K Trading Spaces will be followed in Nov. by Changing Rooms crossover.
Trading Spaces will give designers Doug Wilson and Laurie Hickson-Smith $50,000 each to redo a single room in two days. The episode is being referred to as “Trading Space$: $100 Grand,” and it airs Sunday at 8 p.m. ET. And more stunt shows are scheduled: For November sweeps, two designers from the show’s parent, Changing Rooms, will cross the Atlantic to redo two American families’ rooms. And next spring, “a special in April will include a house giveaway,” USA TODAY reports.
