The upcoming orgy on America’s Next Top Model 2 was allowed to proceed only “[a]fter producers determined that nothing in the girls’ actions constituted a felony and that proper protection was being used,” according to Zap2it.com. A felony? The story doesn’t elaborate, but executive producer Ken Mok comments on the situation and says, “When something bad happens or something controversial happens, your natural instinct is you want to step in and just say, ‘Hey… Hold on a second.’ As a documentarian of the process, you have to step back and let them do what they’re going to do, unless it’s like a danger to themselves or a crime.” Something bad happens? What kind of orgy is this? We’ll find out, but neither producers nor UPN are telling us when.
