UPN’s premiere of America’s Next Top Model 2 was watched by “4.9 million viewers - the second-largest audience ever for UPN in the Tuesday 9 p.m.-to-10 p.m. time slot,” TV Week reports. The show also gave UPN “its best ratings in the time period in viewers 12 to 34 in 1½ years and it ranked first in the time period among women 18 to 34.” Those numbers will likely increase now that Tyra Banks revealed that an orgy between four contestants and four men will appear on the show. On Late Night with Conan O’Brien, Tyra said, “There’s eight people making out at the same time kinda in the same vicinity, I don’t want to say orgy—but I just said it,” according to the New York Post. UPN confirms an edited version of the events will be shown, but a spokesperson didn’t reveal when that episode will air, saying, “We’ve been viewing the tape repeatedly to determine our corporate reaction, and we’ll have to get back to you on that.”
