American Chopper airs its final episode tonight

A docudrama that’s been broadcast for almost seven years and a total of six seasons will end tonight when TLC’s American Chopper airs its final episode at 9 p.m. ET. The show debuted in March of 2003 on Discovery, and later moved to TLC, and mostly followed Orange County Chopper owners Paul Teutul and his son Paulie.

Paul Junior left the show earlier this year to start his own company, and later, his dad sued him, so it’s not exactly ending on a happy note, kind of like another TLC series. In a statement, TLC said, “The Teutuls will always be a part of the Discovery family and we congratulate them on a tremendously successful series run.”
