American Chopper shop burglarized
Orange County Choppers, the shop featured on TLC’s American Chopper, was burglarized last week, and two men have been arrested for stealing equipment.
The AP reports that the “shop’s new headquarters building off Route 17K in the town of Newburgh was burglarized some time between late Tuesday night and early Wednesday morning, police said. The culprits made off with about $3,000-dollars worth of computers, phones and merchandise, according to authorities.
“Joshua Aldrich, 28, and Daryl Newkirk, 38,” are “each charged with felony third-degree burglary and fourth-degree grand larceny,” and “were arraigned Friday and sent to the Orange County jail on $25,000 cash bail each,” according to the AP.
