disclaimer, funeral home owner say “Everything was staged” on Simple Life 3.
The Simple Life 3’s latest episode found Paris and Nicole working at a Wood-Ridge, New Jersey, funeral home, where the two nearly dropped a casket, and where Nicole spilled someone’s ashes. This episode was shocking to those who’ve recently lost loved ones, and to anyone who believed that anything Paris Hilton does is spontaneous. Kohler Funeral Home owner John “Podesta said the ‘cremains’ actually were kitty litter and cement,” and his business partner Karen Flynn tells NorthJersey.com, “Everything was staged.” A disclaimer following the ep revealed as much, but some people were still horrified. One woman, who is still mourning the death of her husband three years ago” told the paper, “The last thing you want to do is be funny when you’re looking at coffins.” But Amy Van Dalinda says, pricelessly, “They actually discussed how a body is cremated. That’s when I started to cry. Because my father was cremated, and I didn’t want to know.”
+ plus: Paris Hilton is “a genius.”
