If you see a pink pickup truck, a camera crew and two plastic-looking ladies somewhere in America during the next month, be sure to act like a huge assclown so you’ll end up on TV. The 30-day road trip that is The Simple Life 2 has begun, or will begin soon. As of Thursday, “[f]ilming was to begin in the next few days,” the AP reports. Paris will be seeking fun outside of major cities, as she says that the first season has ruined her socialite life:”Since the show came out, I can’t really have fun anymore because people coming up every minute and, are like, ‘Oh, can I have a picture.’ … I really can’t even hang out with my friends very much anymore.” The new season debuts in June, and according to the AP, “Jon Murray, the show’s executive producer, says there will be eight episodes, double the number from the first season.” Not counting the reunion or the “lost” episode, there were actually seven episodes the first season, so that’s some interesting math.
