Archiveshost families casting begins soon for a cross-country road trip Simple Life 2.
Invading the lives of one family was enough for The Simple Life, but the second season will apparently thrust Paris and Nicole into the lives of multiple families as the Paris and Nicole travel across the country. Lloyd Grove reports that FOX originally wanted to shoot the next season in Alaska, while Paris wanted to shoot it in Japan. Instead, they’ll road trip across the USA. Bunim-Murray’s home page says they will soon begin casting (at open calls only) “for all-American families to play host to Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie as they go road trippin’ across the United States.” Only one family member needs to show up for the open call, but the rest of the family needs to be available the next day. Locations and dates have yet to be announced.
