Just under a half a million more viewers tuned in to watch Paris and Nicole on The Simple Life than did for George W. Bush’s with whining simpleton Diane Sawyer on Tuesday night. Paris and Nicole had 11.78 million viewers, while the second half-hour of the ABC interview with Bush was watched by 11.23 million viewers. Both were blown away by JAG spin-off Navy NCIS, which was watched by 12.39 million people during its second half. The Washington Post’s Lisa de Moraes breaks down the numbers by demographic, and suggests that Paris should run for President. Tonight, FOX airs repeats of episodes 3 (the one where Paris and Nicole work at Sonic) and 4 (the one where Paris and Nicole get two guys to kiss, and Nicole lets a guy kiss her butt).
