The Real World San Diego house rape case ends with no charges being filed.
The alleged sexual assault that took place in The Real World San Diego house between two non-cast members has resulted in no charges being filed by prosecutors. “After reviewing ‘hours and hours’ of videotape recorded for the unscripted television series, as well as other evidence, prosecutors dropped the case earlier this week after eight months of investigation,” the LA Times reports. A man was “accused of drugging and raping a 22-year-old woman on the set” last fall. The DA’s spokesperson said the decision “could change if new evidence comes to light.”
