One week after The Real World Philadelphia, production will start in three weeks, on schedule, taping at the former Seamen’s Church Institute. A Bunim-Murray press release is full of happy quotes from all parties involved, and cites the involvement of the governor, mayor, a congressman, and city officials. It also gives a shout-out to Young Involved Philadelphia, which says it is “a grassroots non-profit organization that aims to increase civic engagement among young Philadelphians and to facilitate reforms that help create a better Philadelphia.” According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, “The producers signed an agreement with the city this morning. Terms were not disclosed.” However, Paulie Walnuts is said to be involved.
