ArchivesThe first episode of The Real World Austin included a cast member having his skull broken in a street brawl, and that seems hard to top. But as the previews showed, and reports out of Austin have told us, there’s more to come.
As a preview, The Smoking Gun provides the mug shot of Johanna Botta, one of the show’s “dumb, booze-loving louts” who was arrested for public intoxication after a “verbal disturbance” with a street vendor. According to TSG, she ultimately “pleaded no contest to the misdemeanor count and was fined $150, sentenced to 16 hours of community service, and ordered to complete an alcohol education class.”
And to think: all this despite the fact that the cast members were forced to buy their own alcohol.
