The loft space, or “downtown clubhouse,” “is now on the market for $35,000 a month!,” according to the New York Observer. The paper cites no sources, but notes that the space is “a beautiful, fully-furnished triplex.”
As The Truth Behind MTV’s Houses reports, “The 4,000 sq. foot loft is in a building that was once a sausage factory” and “is located in New York’s West Village.” Specifically, the house is located at 632 Hudson Street.
