ArchivesReal World and Road Rules casts selected, changes announced.
During the The Real World/Road Rules Casting Special last night, the 13 cast members were selected. They are Adam, Blair, Coral, Ellen, Jisela, Kevin, Lori, Malik, Mike, Nicole, Rachel, Sophia, and Steve. (Zap2it.com has profiles of The Real World cast and the Road Rules cast.) Of note: There are no 24 or 25 year olds on either cast, and just one 18 year old. Also, Road Rules finally has an openly gay cast member. Additionally, the producers announced the twists added to each show. For starters, both groups will head to New York and find out there which show they were cast for. On The Real World 10, if a cast member gets fired from their job at Arista Records, they will have to leave the show. And on Road Rules 10: The Quest, if the cast more than one mission, they have to vote off one member of the cast after each mission they fail (no word about the rumor that the person will be replaced by a new cast member.)
