a return to New York for The Real World 10; two seasons to be filmed back-to-back next year.
The show that launched the current wave of reality TV will return to its roots for its tenth season. Locations in New York—including Harlem and the Upper West Side—are currently being considered. Also, after the New York season wraps, a second season will begin shooting immediately, providing MTV with back-to-back seasons of The Real World for the first time. The first will air in June 2001; the second in January 2002.
+ plus: Road Rules has been renewed for a tenth season; its “danger factor” will be increased.
