Osbournes settle lawsuit with t-shirt company, get ice cream flavors.
The Osbournes have settled tshirthell.com’s $15 million lawsuit against the family, the company said in a press release. They sued after the family started producing their own version of tshirthell’s shirts that said, “Fuck my family! I’m moving in with…The Osbourne Family.” The lawsuit said the family was “engaging in unfair competition and creating a likeness confusion.” The shirts are apparently no longer available, but the company is now producing a “limited edition Iraq abuse shirt”. Meanwhile, in New Jersey, the owner of the Country Cow Creamery “volunteer[ed] to make a flavor of ice cream in honor of Sharon Osbourne,” the Star-Ledger reports. A producer for the show called and invited them to make a flavor for Ozzy, too. The results: Ozzy’s Carnivorous Carrot Cake (featuring “carrot cake that had been soaked in hazelnut liqueur”) and Death by Sharon (with “rich chocolate brownies soaked in Godiva liqueur”). Sharon will apparently discuss the ice cream on her show today.
