A lot has happened and changed since MTV introduced us to The Osbournes last spring. When the show returns tonight at 10 p.m. ET, Sharon’s cancer, Ozzy’s drinking, and Kelly’s career may not be the focus, but they will probably have some affect. “[T]he show’s tone—and the rest of the family—change irrevocably,” the AP says. Joining the group this season is Rob, a family friend who’s mother recently died of cancer.
