Spencer Pratt can’t talk after biting his own tongue

Spencer Pratt bit his own tongue while playing with his dog, and had to get stitches, he revealed on Twitter, complete with photographic evidence. His tongue now has an indent in it.

TMZ reports that Spencer “hasn’t been able to talk the past few days and sees it ‘as a sign from God that he needs to continue to keep his mouth shut in 2010.’”

If there is a god that makes these kinds of decisions, Roger Ebert would be able to speak, and Spencer wouldn’t be bitching about a temporary injury. But the universe isn’t just, alas.
