Trump says he rejected Dancing with the Stars cast for Apprentice

As if Donald Trump’s superlative nonsense and excessive exaggeration hadn’t already reached absurd levels, he bragged yesterday about how much more amazing his Celebrity Apprentice cast is compared to the Dancing with the Stars cast.

“I look at ‘Dancing with the Stars’ and I like the show — and I look at this and I look at the casts and we blow them away. It’s not even a contest,” he told Entertainment Tonight. Despite having quite a few non-household names on his cast, Trump bragged that “A couple of the people from ‘Dancing with the Stars’ wanted to be on this and they got rejected!”

I’ll admit that his show does do a great job of exposing celebrities for who they really are, but let’s not pretend that Selita Ebanks and Curtis Stone are more famous than the people ABC digs up from the D-list. Of course, we also shouldn’t pretend that anything Trump says is anything but bullshit.
