Bachelorette 2’s Meredith, Ian break up.
The couple that found one another on The Bachelorette 2 has split up. Meredith Phillips and Ian McKee did what most couples do and gave a statement to Extra, saying, “Our relationship began with great expectations for a happy ending, but unfortunately things didn’t work out as we had hoped. What we experienced together was incredible and we are both sad to see it end.” That brings the spin-off show’s relationship total to 1 out of 2, and the entire franchise’s total to two successful relationships out of eight. (The two are Trista and Ryan, and Mary and Byron—although that couple is fresh out of the gate, so there’s still plenty of time for them to break up.) Maybe Bachelorette 3 Jen can do better and not fail. Again.
