Bachelor 4 house owners sue for $5 million claiming house was damaged.
The owners of the Malibu house where The Bachelor 4 was filmed are suing Warner Brothers, producers of the show, for $5 million. They say that their house was damaged, strewn with trash, and infested with “rodents and Black Widow spiders,” and also say that the production ripped out their phone lines and changed the number. The lawsuit, reproduced by The Smoking Gun, repeatedly says that the owners, the Chytens, were “extremely reluctant” to rent their home but did so anyway for $45,000 after the production agreed to conditions which were ultimately never met.
