A judge ruled that Bob Guiney may continue to sell his new—and fourth—record, 3 Sides. The ruling is in response to a lawsuit brought by Bachelor producer Syndicated Productions, which claimed Bob didn’t have permission to promote his CD. They “sued Guiney for breach of contract” on Dec. 19, E! Online reports. The suit says Syndicated, which is part of Telepictures, “spent millions of dollars turning the previously obscure Mr. Guiney into ‘Bachelor Bob,’ a much-loved worldwide celebrity closely associated with the series” and says Bob is now making a “windfall profit at ASP’s expense, thereby diluting the value of Mr. Guiney’s public image, and tarnishing the series’ goodwill and public esteem.”
