Despite Andrew Firestone’s last name and status, The Bachelor 3’s finale had “the smallest audience average ever for the final episode of any edition of “The Bachelor/Bachelorette,” according to The Washington Post. The show’s first half hour had 12.5 million viewers, and about 17.5 million watched the second half hour, and it won the hour among 18- to 49-year-olds. That’s compared to 18 million for the first season’s finale, 26 million for the second season’s finale, and 20 million for The Bachelorette’s finale.
