The Bachelor 3’s star Andrew Firestone may be a member of a well-known family, but “there were plenty of reservations within the family” about his participation in the show, according to a letter posted on the family’s vineyard web site. Adam Firestone, who was first asked to do the show but turned it down because he’s married with children, writes that “there were plenty of reservations within the family” for which “the reasons are self-evident.” But he says that “this family is anything but conventional, and so the eccentricity of this approach did engender some appeal,” and says that “Andrew reports that the ladies he met were simply amazing, ending any reservations he had held.” The family has also developed a web site, andrewfirestone.com, “to answer many of the questions that we are fielding.”
