SurvivorNews.net reports on an overheard conversation between Survivor Marquesas stars John, Neleh and Zoe. According to it, The Bachelor’s Alex Michel was one of the 48 finalists for Survivor Marquesas, but “sources say Alex was rejected as ‘too effeminate’ for the show, leaving the openly-gay Carroll as the next in line for that particular Survivor 4 slot,” the site reports. It also says that “John Carroll’s gaydar exploded” upon seeing Alex for the first time.
