NBC confirms The Apprentice 6’s move to Sundays

NBC is officially moving its Donald Trump reality series to Sundays for its sixth season.

The Apprentice 6 will air opposite Desperate Housewives and Cold Case. It will be preceded by NBC’s new Grease-themed talent search, Grease: You’re the One That I Want, according to Variety.

Both series will debut on January 7 with 90-minute episodes, so The Apprentice 6’s LA-set season will debut at 9:30 p.m. ET. The following week, Variety reports, both shows “will also be extended to 90 minutes on Jan. 14 opposite Fox’s ‘24’ premiere.” They’ll move to their regular times the following week.
