James, Jennifer M., Mark, and project manager Josh were all fired after their team turned in the worst performance in the history of The Apprentice. Charged with creating a promotion to increase sales at a Dick’s Sporting Goods, “Capital Edge increased sales 74 percent with their event, but Excel wound up driving sales down by 34 percent,” as Yahoo’s recap puts it.
Thus, Trump dumped 30 percent of the remaining candidates, telling them, “You’re all fired. All four are fired. Go home. Go home.”
