ArchivesDonald Trump’s “plans” to pit black candidates versus white candidates in a future Apprentice has been abandonded.
Trump told The New York Post, “Because of the enormous success of ‘The Apprentice,’ people are always calling and e-mailing us with ideas for the show. This idea was suggested by numerous people. But I personally don’t like it, so it will never happen.”
But just five days ago, he told MSNBC’s Jeannette Walls, “Whether people like that idea or not, it is somewhat reflective of our very vicious world. But needless to say, not everybody thinks it’s a good idea.”
