By now, it’s clear that The Apprentice is for sale to the highest bidder; Mark Burnett and Donald Trump will hand over their baby as long as you meet their price. (A spoiler about Thursday’s first challenge easily proves this.) But we never thought it could get worse than the talking Trump bobblehead doll. Well, it has. According to the Hollywood Reporter, the two men “are developing ‘The Apprentice: The Musical.’ Burnett is writing the book for the musical, which is under way, with several songs already written. ‘It’s a love story. … It’s very inspirational,’” he said. Although everybody loves a good musical, let’s hope he’s kidding or high.
