Everyone’s favorite Apprentice 3 frightening angry diminutive spaz, Chris, was arrested early Sunday. Guess what he was arrested for? Disorderly conduct, of course. Christopher Shelton, as he’s known officially, freaked out yesterday at 3:25 a.m. at the Hard Rock Casino in Tampa. According to The Tampa Tribune, fellow candidate John “said Shelton told him the argument began when hotel staff asked him to pay a $20 cover charge to enter the bar and that Shelton refused, saying he already had spent $2,000 on a hotel room.” The newspaper (thanks to my friends at TVgasm for pointing this out) notes that officers “asked Shelton to calm down several times. When Shelton continued to yell and curse, police arrested him. According to a police report, several people in the lobby were visibly shaken by Shelton’s actions.” He paid $250 and bonded out of jail a few hours after being booked, so at least for now, he’s free to attend the finale and yell at people. The Smoking Gun has Chris’ mug shot, but be forewarned: this isn’t the bright-eyed, screaming, embalmed Chris we’re used to; he actually looks much more like a casket-dwelling extra on Six Feet Under.
