Discussing the series with TV Guide, The Apprentice 2’s second casualty says that those who make it to the end are surprising, and adds that “it will blow your mind.” He also talks about giving up his immunity, which of course led to his firing. He said that during the four-hour boardroom, “There was a little bit of animosity that I had the exemption. I was feeling that. So I thought, ‘You know what? I’m going to waive my exemption, and maybe it will pull this team together’—because it was tremendously fragmented and just completely unorganized.” He says he tried to explain that to Donald Trump, but “Mr. Trump is very much like myself in that once he locks onto an idea, he will not let go.”
