At the blog design*sponge (via Towleroad), furniture design savant Grace analyzes the unsung hero of The Apprentice 2: the loft. Without the aid of her shift key, which appears to be broken, Grace first writes that Trump’s gold-filled apartment is notable only “for the amount of tacky crap fit into one apartment. the man really has NO taste whatsoever. thank god the people he hires do.” Then she analyzes the current loft, which she says has “the greatest living room, bathroom, bedroom and kitchen…in all of new york city.” In alarming detail, she identifies and discusses everything from the sheets to the planters, often identifying the brand name in case you’d like to duplicate the loft in a wing of your mansion or manufactured home.
