fired Apprentice Jessie wants trademarks for “you’re fired” and “the apprentice.”
Jessie Conners was fired by Donald Trump during the sixth episode of The Apprentice, and that was apparently a very good call on Trump’s part. The fired dimwit is “applying to register three trademarks in an effort to capitalize on her experience with the show and market products she said she intends to develop.” Those trademarks include “You’re Fired” and “The Apprentice.” Gee, no one ever thought of that before. Lacking any sort of creativity, or maybe smartly capitalizing on the media’s willingness to give attention to someone who says something ridiculous, Jessie plans to start a magazine that she’ll name after the show and create a clothing line using the phrase. Jessie tells CNN, “Who knows if I’ll get [the trademarks] or not. But the fact that I stood up and I am doing it and I am fighting … that’s where the fun is for me.”
