The casts for two upcoming reality TV shows have been announced. The 12 models who will compete on UPN’s America’s Next Top Model 2 include two 18 year olds; their max age is 25. And their professions range from mother to Walgreen’s clerk. Zap2it.com summarizes their bios, which also appear on the show’s new web site. Over on NBC, The Apprentice is ready for launch with 16 budding entrepreneurs. According to a press release, the cast ranges in age from 21 to 36, with most in their mid to late 20s. Donald Trump is impressed with the cast of people vying to work for him. He tells Zap2it.com, “All of these 16 participants are absolutely brilliant young people. They are exactly the opposite of what the reality show business seems to have become.” Mark Burnett says that’s because “none of these people had ever applied for a reality show before.” That’s shocking, although Toni Ferrari doesn’t appear on the list of contestants, so it must be true.
